• This pattern is for a pair of women’s socks and can fit up to 3 foot sizes (37-40 / 6-8.5). It works perfectly when you can measure and make tests on actual feet. It can be adapted to any size.
• These socks are worked up to mid calf. With a stretchier yarn you can work them up to your knees or even thighs!

FINISHED SIZE: the pair pictured is for a foot size 37-40 (6-8.5), but they can be made in any size.

YARN: about 95 g (3.35 oz) / 204 mt (223 yds) of ICE Cakes Natural Cotton clr. Code 50557, or any 5 ply DK, light worsted yarn of your choice that can be worked with the given hook size. Quantity will slightly vary according to foot size.

GAUGE: 12-17 sts / 10 cm (4”)

HOOKS: 4.5 mm hook (7 - 7).

NOTIONS: Crochet basics: chain, single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet; working in rounds, working in rows. Increasing, decreasing. The Star stitch will be explained in this pattern and through a video.
