This thick and cozy cowl makes for a fabulous intermediate crochet project. After joining the two ends of the chain, the entire cowl is worked in the round, eliminating the need to turn your work after every row. Periodic rows of star stitch give you a chance to try a new stitch, while the rest of the scarf alternates between the simpler single, double, and triple crochet stitches.
