Star Wars Empire is a garter stitch, mosaic knit washcloth that is worked in the round with increases to create a flat circle. Mosaic knitting is created by working one color at a time and slipping stitches to create a design or pattern.

Sizing and gauge are not critical; use a needle size recommended for your yarn. The sample measures about 9.5 inches in diameter, with a stitch gauge of about 4 stitches per inch, and 8 rows (4 ridges) per inch.
