This dress made of sunburst and daisy granny squares combines both crochet and knitting techniques. The dress shown is approximately a size small, but the dress is sized as you go, and customizable to your own dimensions. You do this by seaming granny squares together to create bands around your bust, waist and hips, and then connecting these three parts with knit waist shaping.

With some negative ease in the bust and hips the sample dress has the following dimensions:
Bust: 32 inches
Waist: 29.5 inches
Hips: 35 inches
