Stardust Mittens
Join my group- Made with Love and Science.
They feature 2 twisting cables that move in and out of each other representing our continual coupling with the stars. Throughout the cables are embroidered stars.
The palms feature a cushy textured stitch that is sure to keep your hands very toasty.
Materials
You will need a fingering weight yarn with nice stitch definition for your mitten body. Approx 250 Yards or more if you make your mittens longer.
A yarn in fingering weight or thinner for you to embroider your stars. Approx 5 yards.
Tools Size 1 (2.25mm) knitting needles in preferred style for small diameter circular knitting, scrap yarn for holding thumb stitches, tapestry needle, cable needle.
Size
Length of hand and thumb can be easily adjusted for more or less length.

Written with charts and photo tutorial for embroidery stitches. Pdf format.
