Inspired by the beautiful conifer forests of the Pacific Northwest, this shawl has a body that is worked in an eyelet pattern resembling a star–filled sky followed by a border of towering pines.
Starlit Conifers is worked from one narrow point, increasing in size to the border.

US 7/4.5 mm circular needle, 24”/60 cm or 32”/80 cm or size needed to obtain gauge
Gauge
Blocked: 15 stitches and 26 rows = 4”/10 cm square in stockinette stitch.
Unblocked: 20 stitches and 27 rows = 4”/10 cm square in stockinette stitch.
Gauge is not crucial for this project, but will affect yardage and finished size if different from above.
