• Preemie 0-1 lbs - 6 inch
• Preemie 1-2 lbs - 7 inch
• Preemie 2-3 lbs - 8 inch
• Preemie 3-4 lbs - 9 inch
• Preemie 4-5 lbs - 10 inch
• Preemie 5 1/2-6 lbs - 11 inch
• Newborn - 12 inch
