Starry is the third set from the Destash Cowllection.

The cowl and beanie allow you to work the sky with as many colors as you want, a very light speckle or even a gradient with fast transition can create the most dramatic effect!

The sample used color #1 (C1) Clair de Lune, color #2 (C2) is Antwerp Blue, color #3 (C3) is Purple Rain and color #4 (C4) is Summer.

The beanie requires 60g of yarn: 23g of C1, 14g of C2, 17g of C3 and 5g of C4.
The cowl calls for 40g of yarn: 16g of C1, 9g of C2, 11g of C3 and 4g of C4.

Dimensions
The cowl has a 16’’ (41cm) circumference and is 8’’ (20cm) height. The beanie is 8½’’ (21,5cm) height for a 20’’ (51cm) head circumference.

Description
Starry Night is worked in the round and bottom up. The design is worked over 12 stitches and 36 rounds. The 36 rounds are worked only once. The yarn used for the sky (C2 & C3) must be kept above the other colors, so the clouds and stars can pop up.
If you want to make the cowl longer, you can work the rounds 1 to 5 or 1 to 10 one more time. However, this will need a larger amount of yarn than describe previously.

Description
Starry Night se tricote en rond du bas vers le haut. Le dessin se travaille sur 12 mailles et 36 rangs, ils ne sont travaillés qu’une seule fois.
Les fils utilisés pour le ciel (C2 et C3) doivent rester au-dessus des autres fils pendant le tricot, cela permettra au nuages et étoiles de mieux ressortir.
Si tu souhaites avoir un col plus haut, tu peux répéter les rangs 1 à 5 ou 1 à 10. Cependant cela va demander plus de fil que ce qui est recommandé ci-dessus.
