‘Stars In My Eyes’ is a large light weight crescent shaped shawl with fun little star-studded rows! The shawl is knit from the top down starting with a garter tab. Simple increases create a curved top border that beautifully wraps around the body.

Size:
Width along the top border: 62in/157.5cm
Length at deepest point: 18.5in/47cm

A full 100 gram skein is used for the main color and five mini skeins of 87 yards each are used for the contrast colors.
For this sample I used:
MC: Ewe2Yarn ‘BFL Donegal’ fingering
CC1-5: Ewe2Yarn ‘SWIRL’ mini skein set, merino single ply fingering

Gauge is not super important for this project. I think it is more important to create a fabric that you like.

Increases are done with simple knit front/back stitches and yarn overs.
