This pattern is ideal for the music lover in your life. A quick project to whip-up in a day or 2. This is also a great way to start using up leftover yarn that you aren’t sure what to do with.

I personally made a set of 4 coasters but you could easily add a few more records, just add a few more rows to the record player to ensure they all fit.

EDIT: This was my first attempt at writing a pattern. And some steps were unclear, here is an update on the steps for rows 4-6. Each step should read like this instead:

“Round 4: Ch 2, in BLO 2 HDC in first stitch, 1 HDC in next 2 stitches. Repeat ** until end, ss to
join. (40st)
Round 5: Ch 2, in BLO 2 HDC in first stitch, 1 HDC in next 3 stitches. Repeat ** until end, ss to
join. (50st)
Round 6: Ch 2, in BLO 2 HDC in first stitch, 1 HDC in next 4 stitches. Repeat ** until end, ss to
join. (60st)”
