Knit the chevron front version or plain version. 20” neck (unstretched) x 23” long x 50” around. Begin with ribbing on size 11 needles, change to 13 for yoke and then to 15 for drape. Make it elbow, wrist length or longer. Split one side and work several rows of garter before binding off with a little ruffle yarn added to the bind off.
