State Afghan
A Tunisian crochet afghan made with value yarn held double for a great color block effect and worked on the bias for beautiful diagonal stripes
This blanket was created for my dad, a huge Iowa State Cyclone Fan. Using the team’s colors, this blanket worked up quickly and beautifully, with even more joy after the fact, that my dad can enjoy this blanket while he cheers on his favorite team. This is a great blanket to make for anyone in your life that cheers for a team, without it being too overstated.
Using Lion Brand Pound of Love, this is a simple yet stunning blanket that has stunning striping throughout. Easy to wash and clean, this blanket keeps you warm and cozy, no matter the year. Using Tunisian simple stitch and Tunisian purl stitch (Tunisian honeycomb stitch), this is an easy pattern to master and it works up quickly!
