Casual, everyday and in the same time cosy sweater for Him. Stavanger Sweater is knitted in Stockinet stitch using top down technic with a shoulder construction that creates a well-fitting sleeve cup, and close-to-neck ribbing. It’s no sewing in end- sweater is worked in one piece.

The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth on a circular needle to shape the best fitting neckline, then the work is joined to continue knitting in the round. The construction of the yoke begins with shoulder increases on both right side and wrong side rows, continues with sleeve increases and ends with raglan increases. The rib edge at the neck is worked at the end from stitches that are picked up along the neckline. The sleeves are worked in the round using a short circular needles (double-pointed needles or a long circular needle using the Magic Loop technique can be used to) technique. The Stavanger Sweater is worked seamlessly and requires no finishing other than weaving in ends ,washing and blocking.
Sweater and sleeves are knitted using 4.00mm/US6 knitting needle, rib is worked using 3.75mm /US5 needle.
