Just like the Stay Wild Mitten pattern, the Stay Wild beanie was inspired by my love of the Rocky Mountains and the temptation to step into the forest and lose myself. A person can dream!

Adult s/m: circumference 18 ½ inches/ 47 cm, height 8 ½ inches/ 21.5 cm
Adult m/l: circumference 22 ½ inches/ 57 cm, height 9 inches/ 23 cm
Colour choices are very important in this type of design. If the colours are too close then the definition in the design is lost. Also, if both yarns have a variegation or multi-colours the design will be lost in the competing colours. It’s best to choose contrasting rather than complimentary colours. A way to check for contrast is to take a photo of the yarns together and change the image black and white.
