This cozy cardigan can be whipped up VERY quickly using a thicker Bulky CYC 5 yarn (I used Lion Brand Hue + Me) or a Super Bulky CYC 6 yarn (I also made one using Bernat Softee Chunky).
This cardigan can easily be adjusted for length (make it a duster, or make it cropped!) as well as adjustments for sleeve cuff style: fitted or wide. It is meant to be slightly oversized but you can size down for a more fitted look! the garment is designed to have 6 - 10” of positive ease.
Yardage Estimates based on using CYC 5 yarn - if you choose to make a shorter cardigan you will need less:
Yardage based on bust size:
28 - 30” XS: 760 yds
32 - 34” S: 860 yds
36 - 38” M: 1115 yds
40 - 42” L: 1250 yds
44- 46” XL: 1270 yds
48 - 50” 2X: 1400 yds
52 - 54” 3X: 1430 yds
56 - 58” 4X: 1525 yds
60 - 62” 5X: 1555 yds
