Plain and simple, this cover will be easy to make, and will protect your hands from the insanely hot plastic that is (probably) your steering wheel in the summer sun! It is made like a scarf, back and forth for many rows, and then joined to form the circle. You may have to adjust it to your specific steering wheel.
