My daughter had a little teddy bear when she was small which she called Steve, she loved him dearly and this inspired me to make my own version of Steve. Here he is with his little friend Danno named after the heroes of Hawaii Five-O!!

The finished Steve is 20cm tall and Danno is 15cm small.

The bears are made from eyelash type yarns I have used one called Estelle Feather Long Pile yarn but there are lots of different makes available and in lots of different colours. Each bear takes one 50g ball.

You will also need a small amount of black double knitting yarn for the face and some toy stuffing and a length of ribbon.

The pattern gives instructions for both bears and is 4 pages of A4 with lots of photos to provide clarity.
