Knit in the round seamlessly, from the top down. The construction starts at the neck edging, then continues with the round yoke with a stranded colourwork pattern and an elevation in the back of the neck for better fit. After the yoke the stitches are separated, and the body and sleeves are finished separately. The body is knitted without waist shaping but it features a small side detail created by a simple embroidery on slipped stitches.
An understated, relaxed sweater to bring warmth and comfort for the coming winter.
It came to be from the feeling you get when the summer’s radiance is long gone, the multitude of autumn’s amazing colours have already faded but the cleansing glow of the snow is yet to grace us; the trees and fields are bare, empty and tired, the weather is miserable - but then you just stumble upon a tiny patch of green still holding on, with a few humble flowers braving the winds and gloom, and they just suddenly make you very, very happy.
