Dicht an dicht legen sich hier Sterne zu einem klaren und meditativ zu strickenden Muster, kein Wunder also, dass es zu Beginn bei mir den Arbeitstitel “Fliesenlegerin” trug.

Das Muster dieser Socke wird bis auf Bündchen, Ferse und Spitze 2-farbig gestrickt und kommt ohne Fäden verkreuzen im Innenteil aus. Ein sehr schönes Projekt, um das erste mal eine komplette colour work Socke zu stricken. Als Akzent wird hier ein zweites Kontrastgarn für Bündchen, Ferse und Spitze verwendet.

Stars lay close together to form a clear pattern that can be knitted in a meditative way, so it is no wonder that at the beginning it had the working title “Tiler” for me.

The pattern of this sock is knitted in two colors except for the cuffs, heel and toe and don´t need to cross any threads inside. A very nice project to knit a complete color work sock for the first time. A second contrasting yarn is used as an accent for the cuffs, heel and toe.

As always, each step is explained round by round and a two-sided chart is attached.
