CARDIGAN FINISHED CHEST: 18” 46 cm.

HAT: 14 inches 36 cm.

BOOTIES SOLE SIZE:

Prem – Newborn: 3” 8 cm Use 3.00mm hook.
Newborn – 3 Months: 3 ½” 9 cm Use 3.50mm hook.
3 – 6 Months: 4” 10 cm Use 4.00mm hook.
6 – 12 Months: 4 ½” 11 cm Use 4.50mm hook.

Change hook size until sole equals required length/size
