Stitch at a Time
Stitch at a Time is a pattern for a cute pair of colorwork socks with some very special techniques. The gradually growing colorwork pattern resembles knit stitches. The socks are worked toe-up and feature a French heel with the gusset increases worked on the sole of the sock. The cuff stitches are bound off using Italian bind-off method. To achieve the slowly growing colorwork effect, you can use ladderback jacquard or learn a fun new technique combining stranded knitting and intarsia.
