This is an early Victorian pattern for stockings which contains written instructions and a size chart providing proportions for nine sizes ranging from “Child of 4” through to “Man’s Large”. It begins on page 253 with an introduction and written instructions for the stockings, and carries over to page 254, which contains the chart.
