Stone Walkway Throw
This is smaller than I usually make but is still a decent size for a throw. You can always make more than 4 squares to make it larger. A 3 X 3 or 4 X 4 layout would be a good size. Each square is 20” in worsted yarn and the border adds about 3” It is a simpler pattern than I usually do, though it has options in a couple parts so making 4 is not boring. Only common stitches are used and mostly no weird placements. Finished size is 43” - 46” depending on border chosen. Your size may be a bit larger or smaller depending on yarn and tension.
Rated for intermediate, maybe adventurous beginner with minor help.
Stitches used are ch, sc, dc, hdc, tr, fp & bp. Nothing hard really.
I know you will love making this. It is one you can do while watching TV with only a couple spots needing a bit of attention. The hardest part will be deciding colors and which border.
I am always reachable by email or PM if you have any questions or find errors. You can also find me hanging out in my group.
