My Ode in Yarn to the gorgeous stone walls I see everywhere in New England, these charming wrist warmers are a wonderful weekend or take-along project.

This pattern is written for three sizes, Small/Medium, Medium/Large and Large/Extra Large (inside parenthesis). The mitts are designed to have some ease. Enjoy!

Sizing:
Small/Medium - approximately 8 inches long, 7.5 inched circumference
Medium/Large - approximately 8.5 inches long, 8 inches in circumference
Large/Extra Large - approximately 9 inches long, 8.5 inches in circumference

You will need:
Approximately 3oz/85g; 160 -200yd worsted to slightly bulky weight yarn
Size 7 (4.5 mm) double-pointed needles
yarn needle for weaving in ends
stitch marker

Gauge:
1inch = 5 stitches x 5 rows in K1P1 ribbing

You will need to know how to:
Cast on and off
Knit
Purl
Purl 3 Together
