Construction: The Stoney Run hat is a beanie style hat with a cabled panel on the center-front. The hat is knit with a deep folded brim to keep you warm during the fall and winter months..

Size: Small (large) adult
Circumference: Stretches to fit 22”, (24”) head circumferences
Height: 7 ½” (8”) with brim folded
Gauge: 19 sts and 24 rows per 4” in stockinette stitch knit in the round
Materials:

US 6 (4.5 mm) 16” circular needle, or two sizes smaller than gauge needle.

US 8 (5.0 mm) 16” circular needle and set of double-pointed needles, or size needed to obtain gauge

175 (195) yards of worsted weight wool blend yarn. Sample shown in Lion Brand Wool Ease in burgundy (80% acrylic, 20% wool, 80 g., 197 yds).
