Storm Warming Cowl
by Lisa Conway
When I found the hand dyed bulky yarn, I just knew I had to have a hat made with it. Then I saw the same color way in fingering and with sparkle. They reminded my daughter and I of a sunset over water, so “red sky at night, sailor’s delight”. So, a nice warm hat and matching cowl came into being and the patterns were meant to be shared.
This is a quick knit that can use only one skein and makes a great gift. Make the matching bulky hat for the perfect ensemble.
