When I found the hand dyed bulky yarn, I just knew I had to have a hat made with it. Then I saw the same color way in fingering and with sparkle. They reminded my daughter and I of a sunset over water, so “red sky at night, sailor’s delight”. So, a nice warm hat and matching cowl came into being and the patterns were meant to be shared.

Hat comes in 5 sizes to fit most members of the family and uses only one to two skeins depending on size. Knits up fast and makes a great gift.
