A friend gave me the yarn ‘remains’ of her unfinished temperature blanket. These 3 colors blended well and reminded me of stormclouds. Thus the name.

I used 2 full skeins of a dark blue (#9758 - color which I cannot find on the Berroco website), 2 skeins of Dutch Teal (9725) and half a skein of Ash Grey (9770). The stitch patterns are easy knit and purl repeats so this pattern would be appropriate for an advanced beginner or intermediate knitter.

I have often used this yarn, but feel it has changed in texture over time. It is a very, very light worsted which is why I used a size 6 needle. It also has a tendency to split so I had to be careful, especially when tinking. But free yarn is free yarn, and I like the results.
