This strappy tied top was designed for the #10117 Cotton DK brochure for Sirdar. The garment features raglan sleeve openings and a keyhole opening in the back. After being knit flat in pieces and seamed together, the tops of the front and back are folded over an inch to become the casings for the i-cord tied at the keyhole opening.

TENSION
22 sts and 28 rows to 10cm, (4in) over stocking stitch on 4.0mm needles or the size required to give correct tension.
Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.
