Just like geological layers of sedimentary rock, Strata builds in stripes of colour and texture.

When it’s between seasons, or when layers are required but you don’t want to restrict movement – pieces like Strata come in handy. Casual and comfortable, and made in a yarn that comes in a wide range of beautiful colourways – what’s not to love?

This is knit seamlessly in the round, so once you’re done knitting, you’re done! The striping pattern is easy to learn, and should not present much of a problem to intermediate knitters or beginners who want to hone their skills.

This is based on a free pattern, but it is not the same:
The new pattern has a much wider size range, the length and width has been changed in every size, the pattern was changed from knit flat and seamed to seamless in the round, a new neck and sleeve edging was added, new schematic to reflect the new sizes, new sample knit and pictures, all errata corrected.

This is NOT the same pattern and took a substantial amount of time to re-work, re-knit and re-format. I hope you understand that while pattern support is guaranteed with the new pattern, I WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING PATTERN SUPPORT OR UPDATED ERRATA FOR THE OLD PATTERN.
