NOTES
Circular needles are used to accommodate a large number of stitches.
Fringe Applied Bind-off is worked over cast-on sts from one end of the shawl to the other both binding off the shawl and creating stitches that will be unraveled into fringe.

About 24” wide and 72” long including fringe.

Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
