This bag is worked from the bottom up in the round. There are 4 rounds of simple stranded colourwork where the red and green join. The leaves are knitted flat in garter stitch. The yellow seeds are added at the end using French knots. Approximately 35m of each of red and and green are used and a small amount of yellow.

Due to its small size, double pointed needles, magic loop or 2 circulars will be needed depending on your preference.

Any acrylic or wool or wool/acrylic blend chunky/bulky yarn should be suitable for this pattern.

If you wish to use another weight yarn to produce a larger or smaller bag, please note that this bag is worked at a tight gauge to produce a dense fabric.
