The pattern can be used to make 17” to 24.5” circumference hats, and has been thoroughly tested by many lovely folks. It is suitable for advanced beginners and intermediate crocheters, and requires color changing. Some hyperlinks to videos are included to help if needed. It is written in US crochet terms.
