Strawberry Fields Cardigan is the perfect little cardigan with a 2 slanting eyelet lace patterns intertwined with a stockinette section. It’s worked in 1 piece from the bottom up to the underarms. The fronts and back are then continued separately up to the shoulders making the only seams at the shoulders. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up from the underarm to the shoulder and back down to the underarm. The sleeves are then worked circular from shoulder to cuff eliminating any long sleeve seams!
The Strawberry Fields Cardigan sample is knitted in HiKoo Concentric Cotton. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite yarns and can also be seen in different shades and designs in my
Purple Haze Tee and the soon to be released Shades of Coral Cardigan! More colors are waiting in my stash for design ideas! It’s a delightful yarn with subtle color changes, and a light drape making it perfect for every season of the year!
