This hat is a part of the Strawberry Halloween costume that I am currently working on. This hat will be used with strawberry dress and strawberry cape. You can find strawberry dress listed separately in my store. Cape will be available soon.
It also can be used in Elf Halloween costume if you use green ruffle skirt I posted earlier on this side.
However, you can use different colors to make it and wear it during winter or fall.
