My finished tea towel measures 14 1/4” W and 13 1/4” H to the hanger. As I knit with a loose tension, I usually knit with a size smaller needle than a pattern requires. When knitting ‘pictures’ it is important to knit with a bit tighter tension than usual in order for the details of the picture to stand out more clearly, and to do so, I use size 3.5 mm needles.
