These cute little hats whip up fast. I designed them along with my kid’s drawstring back pack beach bag for party favor bags for all the kids at my daughter’s 3rd bday party. Each child got a bag and hat and each set took under and hour and a half. They are super stretchy and simple to make. Pattern written for one color but can be adapted to add a striping pattern of your own.
