STRIBELADE (= colorful stripes) is a circular yoke blouse worked from the top down with stripes. The length of the sleeves and the body is adjustable.
The blouse is designed to be worn without positive ease at upper chest. Too much fabric in the yoke will create folds. Full bust and/or body circumference can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing stitches to the desired ease.
Be aware if you want to work with the full bust instead of the upper bust measurement, lengthen the yoke until you reach the length of full bust before dividing stitches for body and sleeves.
Upper chest/body circumference: 86.5 (91, 96.5, 101) (108.5, 113, 121) cm/ 34 (35.75, 38, 39.75) (42.75, 44.5, 47.75)”

Color stripe
The main color (in my sample) is a fade of 3 shades of grey DK weight yarn: I start with dark grey, continue with medium grey then light grey before returning to medium grey and finishing the body with dark grey. Use my suggestion or use the colors/yarn you have in your stash.
The contrast color/purl-ridge color is a multi-colored yarn.
This pattern is a secret present for the incredible test knitters, who have helped me make all my patterns in 2024 knitable and readable for all of you. Some of those women have worked all my patterns and other knitters only one pattern. ♥️ I am very grateful for their work!
The pattern has been tech-edited by Sue Hislop www.sue-cat.com . The English version has been test knitted in these 7 sizes as the pattern: Lethed at Ravelry.com. It is possible to purchase 2 larger sizes, but they have not been test knitted and I chose not to include them in this pattern.
