Yarn & Amounts Aran weight: Six 100g hanks of WYS Bluefaced Leicester Aran – Undyed (100% Bluefaced Leicester wool, 166m/182yds per 100g)

To me, this blanket evokes feelings of joy, comfort and warmth. The simple square pattern is easy to knit and looks very effective. I always come back to this stitch pattern for blankets. It’s one of my favourites and I love how it looks like the stitches are flowing in and out of each other. It is a delight to knit and to know that love is knitted into every stitch.
