Stringed Beans Scarf
Who doesn’t love a little play on words? As the title suggests, this scarf is made of bean stitches between strings of long double treble stitches. Both are a little tricky for beginners, but with some practice this scarf will fly off the hook!
I chose a worsted weight roving style yarn. It gives a nice drape to the fabric, which makes it easy to twist and pile up around your neck or leave it hanging long on one side. The beginning and end of the scarf have multiple rows of bean stitches for some extra dimension and a finished look.
To make this scarf, I used 2 skeins of Yarn Bee Chloe yarn. A good substitute might be Red Heart Unforgettable or Loops & Threads Facet yarn. My scarf is 9” wide and 76” long.
