8 ounces are needed. Two 2-oz balls of each colour.
To make the shirt for size 32 to 36-inch bust, knit a tension of 7 stitches and 9,5 rows to 1 inch, working on two No. 10 Milwards knitting pins.
Choose 5 quite plain buttons -five are needed. There are no button holes to grapple with, the front fastening with press studs sewn under the buttons.
The lower edge is hemmed narrowly to take roll elastic and fastens with a hook and eye.
