Each of my playset is made from the same yarn gauge (50gr =125mt / 1.8 oz = 136yds) using 3mm / US 2.5 / D-3 hook.
They also have the same scale (calibrated for toddler babies) so you can mix up all my set and not have any yarn waste.

I choose the most popular yarn gauge, so you can easily find it in your Country. Almost every brand has this particular sizing.
