Stripes and Curlicues
Fun felted hat in 3 sizes from Infant-14” to Child-19” circumference is striped in 4 colors. Relatively equal amounts of each color needed. Use leftovers from another project or buy 4 skeins and make 4 hats, combining the colors in each hat a little differently. Uses double pointed needles throughout project.
From the book:
"What toddler wouldn't love this spiffy hat with felted tassles? And what knitter wouldn't love making it? Although the yarns we used to knit this hip little hat are quite soft, if you're afraid wool might cause delicate baby skin to itch, line the hat with polyester fleece or silk fabric."
