Stripey Cowl
The cowl is knit as one long piece, then with the ends stitched together it will give you a cowl that will wrap round your neck twice.
Rows of knit an purl are used in different combinations to create a textured 2 coloured stripey pattern, repeated with the colours shifting on each pattern repeat. Simple shaping is used to shift the stripes to be on the bias.
I have made this pattern to use 4 x 25g skeins of British 4 ply yarn that I have been hand dying to produce 4 shades of the same colour.
