This jumper is designed to be loose and comfortable. If you prefer a firmer edge, use 3.25mm needles for the ribs.

You will need to wind off some of the stripy yarn in order to start the second piece with the same colour as the first.

You can add one or two pockets as you wish.

Size 12-18mths and 2-3 years - 1 ball of stripy and 1 ball of plain
Size 4-5 years 2 balls stripy and 1 ball of plain (you will have enough stripy yarn left over to knit a hat for the age 4-5)
