Strong and Free Scarf
by Sheri K
The stripes on this scarf are all worked off of a base row using the star stitch and then finished with a joining row. The maple leaf is worked separately with the stripes being worked in on the edging round. Photos and written instructions are included on how to make the star stitch as well as how to join it all together.
I used Aunt Lydia’s Classic 10 crochet thread (amounts are approximate): 200 yards #001/White; 800 yards #494 / Victory Red.
