A quick project that gains interest by the slanted ribs (‘Strudel’ is German for swirl). The yarn, Tasmanian Tweed by Atelier Zitron, gives the hat a rustic look — but it is sooo soft!

The pattern comes with photo tutorials for all stitches and techniques used.
