Stuff 'n Wear Sunhat
A pdf pattern for a pretty and functional cotton floppy sunhat that you can stuff in your bag or pocket, and pull it out when you need it without worrying about it being squished or creased.
A hat that is designed to be easy to wear, easy to wash, with a frilly, floppy brim to keep the sun out of your eyes, keep your head cool, and which also keeps the sun off the back of your neck. And, with a pattern included for an optional flower and button detail.
0-3 months Circumference 12”-14”; Length to forehead 5.5”
3-6 months Circumference 14”-16”; Length to forehead 6”
Materials: 1 - 2 50g Skeins worsted weight (aran/10 ply) Cotton yarn in Main colour (I used Paris Drops for the pink hat; I tried out Red Heart Baby Steps Acrylic for the pale green hat; Oddments in contrasting colours; 4mm and 4.5mm hooks; yarn needle for sewing in ends. (You can also use acrylic yarn for this as long as it is worsted weight (aran/10 ply) grade 4).
