I love crocheted baskets, but I find mine baskets have a tendency to stretch out of place on the bottom. I designed a new type of handle to solve this problem. This handle is easy and quick to attach and helps the basket hold its shape.

The basket itself is just a simple basket pattern. I show examples of the pattern crocheted with a single strand and two strands of yarn. I use a larger hook when crocheting to prevent wrist pain and let the handles give this basket all the sturdiness it needs.
