I was admiring all the new beautiful embellished shoes that are out walking around. However, being on a budget, I didn’t really want to spend extra money on shoes just because they had ruffles! But then I had an idea. I knit.
So I came up with this pattern…

These are knit in a ‘T’ shape and then ruffles are added by picking up stitches. It’s a fun quick knit that are great for that one beautiful skein of yarn you have.
